In the heart of the 10th district of Paris, close to the St. Martin Canal, Opera House and the Montmartre neighborhood, the hotel MADEMOISELLE opens its doors at 7 rue des Petits Hôtels.
Designed by Carole Picard and Virginie Brisset, two Parisian decorators, MADEMOISELLE is inspired in the French haute-couture and features mellow shadings of gray and blue in harmony with soft lighting and textures. All in all, an elegant atmosphere where modernity meets elegance – just like a sophisticated Mademoiselle.
The intimate ambiance of the lobby, which blends a retro yet contemporary design, confers a matchless identity to the hotel. Its mouse-gray walls, the mirrored and amorphous front desk, the wood look tile floor and the imposing crystal chandelier “dress-up” MADEMOISELLE and makes it impossible not to want to spend the night there.
MADEMOISELLE offers 53 guests-rooms spread through 6 floors. 6 of the rooms are triple and 7 are quadruple, and each room is built like a little gem. The ceiling features a peculiar “Bauda” blue trim, forming a frame that seems to float above the bed. The rectangular head board overlaps a strip of Koziel wallpaper in trompe l’oeil style, conveying the intimacy of a reading room, while the metal laced lamps cover the walls with their delicate shadows and reflect in a Venetian mirror.
A tile piece created by Jérôme Clochard, signature of the A7 Management hotels, reveals a feminine silhouette that seems to escort the guests to their room. A sumptuous library where different books and objects intermingle welcomes you and invites you to discover different areas and atmospheres around an urban-like patio, with a Mediterranean feel, that lights up and unifies the different universes of the hotel. The corridor lined with fuchsia velvet and anthracite padded chairs marks the soothing wine bar, and further leads to the breakfast room that exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere where black tables and medallion chairs are surrounded by framed soaring butterflies and metal suspensions made of perforated lace, signed by MUNO.
The sewing-table-inspired desk, velvet upholstered chair, colorful deer head, the frames displaying “helter-skelter Mademoiselle” objects and cages with bright birds enliven the room. The bathroom picks up on the color code of the hotel – blue and gray – and offers spacious shower, empire-style washbasin and an aged mirror.
A wellness center, specially created for the hotel guests, offers a steaming room, a sauna, an oversized shower, and “La Sultane de Saba” spa products… This relaxing haven is accessible 24/7 for all hotel guests.
In the late-afternoon, the breakfast room becomes a Lounge Bar. Hotel guests as well as Parisians gather around a glass of wine or a coupe of Lason champagne, among other drinks.
MADEMOISELLE, a new face in the Parisian hotel landscape, offers a unique place where comfort and well-being are the foreword of a lifestyle à la française, for an increasingly demanding clientele!
