Autumn and Winter are significant times of year for Corrigan’s Mayfair with game, wild ingredients and winter vegetables coming to the fore. To celebrate they will be offering a market lunch menu throughout December. Dishes could include Wood Pigeon, Roasted Cauliflower & Beetroot or Pan Roasted Gurnard, Pumpkin Gnocchi & Sage.
Keeping with Richard Corrigan’s ethos of sourcing fresh ingredients, the menu will change daily to include the best produce available on that day. The market menu will be £37 for three courses which will be served Monday to Friday 12pm – 3pm and includes a carafe of wine. For a £10 supplement you can indulge in a prestige wine such as a 2006 Chateau Deville Bordeaux Superior.
To welcome in the New Year, Corrigan’s will be transforming the Chef’s Table, one of the private dining rooms, into a decadent dessert room of sweet treats. Guests will be invited into the room to choose from a magnificent display which will include desserts from gateaux to gelée, puddings to petit fours.
