Airline Amenity Bag Awards

The “TravelPlus Airline Amenity Bag Awards” are designed to recognise those airlines which go the extra mile with their on-board kits and will this year include additional categories to give credit to suppliers too.

The dictionary definition of ‘amenity’ is…“a•men•i•t•y… a useful, attractive or enjoyable feature; anything that adds to a person’s comfort and convenience. …” This is just what our industry is all about, so put yourself forward
– this is your time to shine!

This year we have introduced two new award categories in order to seek out the best and most innovative supplier. It’s not just about the final amenity kit but also about those behind the scenes who make it happen, or who are working to redefine and innovate what is on offer.

So whether you work within an airline or supply them from outside, now is your chance to become an award winner. Perhaps you have just clinched a deal with a fab new designer to create a bag, or you’ve pioneered an eco-option about to turn heads – this is your chance to gain some well-deserved kudos.

Entries need to be submitted by the end of November and the winners will be unveiled in January when they will be presented with their awards at a star-studded Awards’ Reception in London. Winners will also be featured in an On-board Hospitality supplement profiling their success and promoting it during the World Travel Catering and Onboard Services Expo in Hamburg this year.
